About my Yoga approach 

Compassion and mindfulness are at the core of my practice, as well as movement and flow. I enjoy creating a supportive and safe space for you to connect with yourself. You can come and benefit from deeply grounding classes to explore your strength and mobility.


I practice yoga alongside my work as a creative. Yoga has become a great companion in my life, and I'm passionate about inspiring others to start in this life-changing practise, making yoga accessible to all.


I have completed my yoga teacher training with Naomi Annand and Adam Hocke at Yoga On The Lane, London, UK.
